Compliance paperwork is the kind of work that punishes a business twice: it takes hours nobody has, and the one month somebody rushes it is the month something is missed. This reads the documents with AI, checks each property against what is actually required, and escalates anything doubtful to a person instead of waving it through.

The error rate went to zero. The paperwork went from most of a morning to the length of a coffee.

Coventry’s largest private-hire operator

A fleet of 250 vehicles running 140,000 journeys a month, behind a website that was slow and buried the one thing customers arrived for — a fare and a booking. I redesigned and rebuilt it in WordPress so their own team can maintain it, and rewired the route from landing page to enquiry.

AI Outreach Engine

Self-hosted outbound platform

Standard outreach tools send the same message to everybody and leave a human to sort the wreckage of the replies. This writes to the prospect in front of it, reads what comes back, and sorts it — so the only thing landing on a person’s desk is a conversation worth having.

Against conventional, non-AI outreach services, it brought in three times the client volume.

Oxford law admissions consultancy

The pitch here is an argument, not a brochure — so the site is built to be read: long-form editorial pages set in a serif that holds up at length, a results section, a guide to the Oxford process, and a light–dark toggle for the people researching at midnight. Behind it sits a portal where students and tutors work in one place rather than across a scattering of email threads. Designed and built end to end.

Autodialer

Call queue driven from a spreadsheet

Works through a sheet of leads one at a time, shows you who you’re calling, dials it, and writes the outcome straight back to the row on a single keypress. The queue only advances when you say so — so nothing gets skipped, nothing gets logged twice, and nobody spends the evening tidying the spreadsheet.

Video content & marketing agency

Design and build, both mine. An agency’s whole offer on one page: brand positioning up top, then the service breakdowns, a case-study grid, tiered pricing and a contact flow — arranged so a visitor could find the tier that fits them without emailing to ask.

The agency has since closed, so the site is no longer up.

    An end-to-end trading agent chaining a de-noising filter, causal sequence encoding, a regime-gated associative memory and a reinforcement-learning executor — tuned for capital preservation over raw return. Historical and simulated data only.

    Pulls satellite imagery, turns it into commodity signals, and scores each strategy config into a reported portfolio. One config file per hypothesis, so a new idea is a new JSON rather than a new codebase.

    Drop in a folder, get back a branded cover image and a full set of square slide videos. Text is composited with inline emoji support, so a carousel that took an afternoon in an editor takes a minute.

    A published Python wrapper around the Skinport API — installable from PyPI, with a documented surface rather than the usual pile of one-off request calls.

    Model Harvester

    Indexes the most-downloaded tabular models and datasets on Hugging Face, then bulk-downloads and tracks them locally so a benchmark run doesn’t start with an afternoon of fetching.

    The reference implementation behind the paper — level-index arithmetic that compares hyper-exponential structures without overflowing, and a single scalar you can actually diff between two commits.

A framework that replaces discrete Big-O classification with a continuous one, mapping algorithmic complexity into a three-dimensional phase space. Sole author, published February 2026.

I’m Harry — I build the software that does the repetitive work.

Most automation work sold to small businesses is a subscription to somebody else’s platform. I’d rather build you the thing itself: it runs on your accounts, it costs nothing per seat, and it does exactly what your process does rather than what a product manager assumed it did.

Before this I co-founded a VR startup and wrote the parts most people buy off the shelf — a custom multiplayer system over UDP backed by MongoDB, and a physics engine from scratch, in Unreal. That is why plumbing your CRM into your spreadsheet doesn’t frighten me.

I competed at the VEX Robotics World Championship, then coached the team that went on to win it. Handing over what I know is a large part of how I work — you should never be locked in to me.
