Who is responsible

This site belongs to Harry Bullman, a sole trader based in Coventry, United Kingdom. For anything on this page, use the contact form and mark it for my attention.

What is collected

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, and the message you write. Nothing is collected from you unless you choose to send it.

There is no analytics on this site, no tracking pixels, and no advertising. No cookies are set, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a banner.

What it is used for

To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. Your details are not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with anyone for marketing.

The lawful basis is legitimate interest — you contacted a business expecting a response, and replying to you is that response.

Who else sees it

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also runs the small function that receives the form. Your message is then delivered to my inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. My inbox is hosted by Google. All three act as processors on my behalf, and none of them uses your enquiry for their own marketing.

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address in order to serve those files.

How long it is kept

Enquiries stay in my email for as long as they are useful — typically no more than two years for a conversation that did not become a project, and for the duration of our business relationship plus statutory record-keeping if it did.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask me to:

• tell you what I hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete it
• stop using it

Send that through the contact form and I will action it within a month, usually far sooner. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this page changes materially, the date below changes with it.
